88th Anniversary of Kazakh National University named after Farabi

Today marks the 88th anniversary of the founding of Kazakhstan National University, Kazakhstan's leading university named after Farabi. January 15, 1934 is considered the official opening day of the first multidisciplinary university in Kazakhstan. Since its founding, the university has made great contributions to the socio-political life and economy of Kazakhstan. Today, Al-Farabi KazNU has established itself in the international field of science and education and has become one of the world's leading universities in the field of higher education.

My name is Tarlan i was bornin China now im a Kazakhstan citizen. im a 1st years student of Chemistry amd Chemical technical faculty. KazNu is my favoriteuniversity, cause it is one of the leading university of Kazakhstan.

Al-Farabi KazNU is the leader of the General Ranking of Kazakhstan Universities, the first in the history of the country winner of the Prize of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "For achievements in the field of quality", a diploma winner of the Commonwealth of Independent States Prize for achievements in the field of quality products and services.  Our university, being a member of the International Association of Universities and a cofounder of the Eurasian University Association, was the first among the universities of Kazakhstan and Central Asian countries to sign the Great Charter of Universities in Bologna, successfully passed the international certification for the compliance of the quality management system (QMS) with the requirements of international standards ISO 9000:2000  and received certificates from the world's largest certification centers - the International Certification System IQNET.  The university has a huge educational, scientific, spiritual and educational, innovative and industrial potential, which is aimed at training highly qualified specialists, further integration into the world educational space, development of fundamental and applied research, and their implementation in production.  For students of KazNU, all conditions for full-fledged study and recreation have been created.  Students are served free of charge by the city student polyclinic and the medical center of KazNU named after al-Farabi, the University has a large catering facility, canteens, buffets, where prices are 30-40% lower in comparison with city food stations.  Other students are provided with places in modern cozy dormitories.  I like KazNu, I love it, I want KazNu get Higher.
