1.    Introduction

The restaurant and hospitality business is one of the most essential sectors in the service industry. It is not just about providing comfort and quality service to people but also plays a significant role in the global economy. Today, the rapid development of tourism has greatly influenced the growth of the restaurant and hospitality industry.

The relevance of this research lies in understanding the impact of the hospitality industry on the global economy and identifying the key factors for a successful business in this sector. This article explores the historical development of the restaurant and hospitality business, its fundamental principles, and future development directions.

2.    Methodology
