The place of cultural journalizm in the education of society

Before comparing or generalizing journalism and culture, it is necessary to elaborate on these two concepts. Without journalism, which is the most important of social phenomena, the life and existence of modern society is impossible to imagine with the naked eye. After all, journalism is closely connected with all spheres of society, can give assessments in all directions, make decisions and ensure the implementation of many activities.

Journalism is an industry that cares about the condition of the population and can meet their needs.

Journalism is one of the tools that influence the correct formation of socio-political and social views of the future young generation, future citizens.

In particular, journalism or mass media is a periodical printed publication, television, radio channel, documentary film, audio-visual recording, and other form of periodic or continuous mass dissemination of mass information, including Internet resources [1].

Also, one of the social institutions of society is journalism-a means of education. Journalism, which can become one of the reasons for raising a person's consciousness, enriching his spiritual world, is often associated with the concept of culture. Therefore, it is better for us to analyze these two concepts, more precisely, to correlate, and not to analyze, comparing the two spheres.

One of the manifestations of the connection was noticed in one of the descriptions given above. It was a description given as a means of education. Indeed, this definition deserves both of the concepts we are considering. Uh that there is no doubt in our words, let us focus more broadly on the concept of culture.

Culture. All of us, starting from school age, know that culture is a special social phenomenon in a person's life, and all the changes and innovations that are made through the actions of these people relate precisely to the concept of culture.

And in the dictionaries of modernity, the concept of "culture" is given several definitions:

- culture-the totality of the achievements and creativity of a certain people;

- culture-the activity and uniqueness of a human community in a certain historical space (Paleolithic culture, Crete-Mycenaean culture, Kazakh culture, etc.). etc.)

- culture-the level of maturity of a particular sphere of human civilization (culture of speech, culture of work, culture of law, etc.);

It seems that the first definition of the topic we are considering is appropriate. In addition, we all know that culture is divided into two types: material and spiritual. In connection with journalism, we pay great attention to the type of spiritual culture. And the concept of spiritual culture includes art, ranging from works of art to scenes presented in the theater. This is what we need. And journalism is also needed.

After all, by combining the spheres of culture and journalism, we can take as a basis one of the fields of journalism. This is cultural journalism (art journalism).

Cultural journalism is a special field of journalism that considers the problems of culture and art and meets the information needs of the broad masses in this direction [2]. This area of journalism, which includes a wide variety of creative fields created for the imagination, is very important for the life of society. This is one of the main areas of journalism that educates society and the environment – cultural journalism.

However, in most cases, cultural journalism is associated with entertainment journalism and is even considered as a whole. In fact, entertainment journalism is far from cultural journalism. If we show the differences between the two directions, to prove our word:

Analyzing the table, we can say with confidence that the nature of these two directions is completely different from each other, and even to consider them in one chastity is impossible.

However, today it seems that the role of entertainment journalism, rather than cultural journalism, is increasing in educating and influencing society. This is primarily due to the progressive development of information technologies. Today, we often notice that instead of being aware of various events taking place in cultural life, we invest in a blue box and are interested in the lives of famous people. This is a very common trend, especially among young people. And for us to carry out such activities, various social networks are up to the blue box

"come to the rescue." Based on the statistics for 2017, there are three most frequently used social networks by Kazakhstani youth: Instagram, VK and YouTube. The Vkontakte network is used by 71%, and the Instagram network-59%. And the social network Youtube is used by 54% of our youth [3]. (for more information, see the table)

This is an indicator only of social networks and our youth. And the fact that the young public, as the future of the nation, shows such a high rate, indicates that genuine cultural journalism is inexhaustibly lagging behind entertainment journalism. This indicator prevents cultural journalism from educating society, constantly informing about major cultural news. But this does not mean that cultural journalism will completely disappear. The above-mentioned social networks also contain information that cultural journalism can provide. But it is not only informative, but also causes controversy on the 2nd attribute indicated in Table 1. But there are theaters, various cultural publications and their electronic networks that transmit the smell of culture, report its disappearance and bring it to the ears of the population only by informing.

Since the current year 2019 is the Year of Young People, one of the most important tasks is their spiritual development, the formation of self-awareness, and achieving a level that can instill great work in people. And this is directly influenced by cultural news in cultural publications that are published and published in the world of information we are considering.

Summing up, we can note the following advantages and challenges of cultural journalism:

1. currently, the main goal of cultural journalism is educational work, raising the cultural level of its people, society and their creative development.

2. considering that cultural journalism is the main means of educating society, to trace its predominance over other competing areas;

3. promoting the mutual formation of human values and attitudes improving the quality of cultural journalism materials for young people and young children published in the mass media.
