Al-Farabi High School of Economics and Business

My name is Bakhytbyek Arailym, I’m a 1st year student at High School of Economics and Business of Al-Farabi University. I’m from Mongolia, and I want to tell you about my university as an international student. First of all, I really like the campus. Because everything the student needs is available inside the campus. It’s like a city inside a city. The territory of the campus is very large and has beautiful nature. The main administrative building, student palace, 10 faculty buildings, new library, “Keremet” students service center, sport complex and student dormitories are located here.

I entered the university upon government budget, that is, I won a grant. It is an honor for me to study at such a prestigious university. Each person must consciously choose his profession and decide for himself what he wants to become in the future. I also analyzed lots of higher educational institutions of several countries for a long time, and the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi caught my attention.

I chose this university because it is a modern, world-class university. Being the leader and methodological center for the development of the higher education system in Kazakhstan, it has an effective corporate management system in all areas of its operations. More over skillfully applies and invents the most advanced methods and technologies, trains world-class competitive specialists with a fundamental higher education, contributing to developing scientific research and higher education development at a large scale, effectively implementing their results in the economy and society. It is undoubtedly a university with rich traditions, many years of experience in educational and scientific work. Therefore, I can proudly say that I am a student of Kazakh National University named after    Al-Farabi.
